The Leitenberger test device AEKP 06 was designed to detect and localize leaks in SCR-systems. With the test device AEKP 06 an empty SCR-system can be tightness tested.
The test pressure is fixed according to the customers requirements – so the operator cannot adjust the test pressure accidently to high in order to avoid any damage of the SCR-System. The test pressure is induced via the regualr filling neck and is pressurizing the whole SCRsystem. Operated with workshop pressure. Results can be obtained in a very short time.
AEKP 08_LR is offering various diagnosis and flushing/cleaning possibiliies of the DENOX-modules. DENOX-modules are used in conjunction with larger engins for exhaust after treatment. (e.g. in construction-, forestry and agricultural equipment)

Filler unit to fill SCR systems with AdBlue®* operating additive. To be used, especially, for all Mercedes-Benz cars with an SCR system. Not to be used for commercial vehicles, e.g. Sprinters or transport vehicles. It is possible to use the filler unit directly with the original AdBlue®* operating additive container A 004 989 04 20. This saves transferring the fluid from one container to another and eliminates the possibility of contaminating the AdBlue®* operation additive.
The filler is designed to function without compressed air.
