Common rail high pressure testing device with analogue display for testing high pressure pumps during engine-start. Operation range up to 1000 bar / 1400 psi.

High pressure gauge, stainless steel construction, NG 63, measurement range 0...1000 bar, glycerine-filled. The testing device has diverse applications due to the various CRPZ adapters (see scope of supply).

CRP 02.1 (042102_2)

Digital pressure tester with plug-in adapters for the pressure and leak testing of common rail systems. The tester is directly connected to the high pressure rail sensor by means of the adapters supplied (see contents). The existing system pressure is shown on the display and can then be compared with the manufacturer´s data. Two measuring ranges possible.

• range 0...1500 bar or 0...1800 bar
• measurement resolution 1 bar
• indication for defective pressure rail sensor
• fault detection indicated by a red warning LED
• automatic cut-off after 1 minute
• power supply by 9 V battery
