A plexiglass container with a graduated scale permits the comparative measurement of return flow volumes from individual injectors. The container is provided with a hook, so that it can be hung up in the engine compartment. The tester is connected by adapters to the return flow pipe from the injector. The adapters, marked with the name of the injector manufacturer, can be changed over at the connecting hosepipe.

Tester for measuring the return pressure from piezo common rail injectors. Suitable for testing the condition of a common rail injector (good/poor statement). The tester comes with a transparent body, permitting any air bubbles in the fluid to be seen.
The advantage of this tester is the possibility of changing testing hoselines, thereby offering a choice of use with BOSCH or VDO/SIEMENS injectors (not supplied as standard but can be ordered separately - see FPZ xx).

Test instrument for testing the return pressure from piezo common rail injectors. Suitable for testing the quality of a common rail injector (pass/fail statement). The tester features a test unit made of transparent plexiglass permitting the identification of any air pockets which may be present. The advantage of the tester is that the vacuum gauge on the test unit can be exchanged.

The required pressure range for BOSCH and VDO/SIEMENS injectors is -1 to +15 bar,
for DELPHI injectors it is -1 to +3 bar.

The connecting leads FPZ 01, FPZ 02 and FPZ 03 can be connected to the control unit.
