Brake service unit for maintenance and leak tests, draining brake systems and hydraulic clutches. You can choose between 12 V/DC (vehicle battery) or 110 V/AC or 230 V/AC mains voltage for the power supply as required. One advantage of service units is the automatic shut-off function when the brake fluid container is empty. The unit is connected to the brake system at the expansion tank of the master brake cylinder. B 611 adapter suitable for many vehicles included. Additional adapters are available depending on the vehicle type.
The portable basic units can easily be supplemented with the FW xxx cart depending on the unit voltage (see table and article description on next page).
When using the cart, a brake fluid container with a capacity of up to 20 liters can be mounted.
With the unit models BSG 110_FWDL and BSG 230_FWDL, an extraction unit for the expansion tank is integrated in the cart.

The cart is the ideal addition to the BSG 012_V3, BSG 110_V3 and BSG 230_V3 portable brake service units. The unit is screwed to the cart using a prepared fastening option.
An original container with a capacity of up to 20 liters can be transported on the back. The container is secured with a locking strap.
The extraction unit includes a spiral hose including a filter. The catch container (1 liter capacity) can be removed quickly and easily with a rapid-action coupling.
Depending on the unit voltage of the brake service unit, 3 models are offered:
FW (100513_1) cart without extraction unit suitable for use with all basic units
FW 110DL (100513_2) cart, 110V/AC, with integrated extraction unit for BSG 110_V3
FW 230DL (100513_3) cart, 230 V/AC, with integrated extraction unit for BSG 230_V3

With the composition of the following brake bleeder adapter kits, average values for the most frequently used B.. adapters in the passenger car sector were used.
The adapters are 90° angle versions for simpler application.
